Overview:

We are currently seeking a Counter Person to join our team with barista experience. As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various duties in a fast-paced food service environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take customer orders and process payments accurately

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area

- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation

- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer demands

Requirements:

- Barista Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent time management abilities

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
